September is a chance to look beyond the surface of daily life and connect with the deeper part of you that always knows the way forward. In this session, we’ll explore a Higher Self Meditation, inviting you to connect with your true essence, access your inner wisdom, and gain clarity about what you truly need as you step into the month ahead.

Change can feel unsettling, but it can also be an invitation to grow. As we move towards spring, this session will focus on embracing change — learning to release what no longer serves us and welcome new beginnings with openness and curiosity.

Mindful Mondays is a free guided meditation and journaling series designed to bring more presence into your week—one small shift at a time.
Each session is held live on Zoom and includes:

✅ Journaling prompts to help you reflect & reset
✅ A supportive space to start your week with intention
✅ Access to the live recording for 7 days
