The evening begins with a grounding arrival and a gentle introduction to sleep-supportive aromatherapy, guided by naturopath Fiona of The Longevity Bible. You’ll learn how scent can be used to signal safety to the nervous system, before creating your own personalised sleep spray to take home.
From there, we transition into a deeply nourishing Yin practice led by Tamryn from A Beautiful Day Collective, designed to release tension from the body and down-regulate the nervous system. Using your custom blend as part of the experience, you’ll be guided through long-held, fully supported shapes, followed by a slow body scan to ease you into a state of deep rest.
